By approving artwork & submitting files for production, the customer accepts responsibility for the quality and suitability of the supplied files.

While we will make reasonable efforts to produce the best possible result, we cannot guarantee print quality, image clarity, colour accuracy, sharpness, or exact placement when using customer-supplied AI generated files.
AI generated artwork often contains issues that may not be visible on screen, including low resolution, compression artifacts, blurred details, distorted text, inconsistent edges, and insufficient file quality for large-format or high-resolution printing. These factors can affect the final printed appearance.
By approving and submitting AI generated artwork for production, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for the quality and suitability of the supplied files. Any reduction in print quality resulting from the artwork provided is not the responsibility of the printer, and reprints or refunds will not be issued for issues related to file resolution, image clarity, or other artwork deficiencies present in the supplied files.
If you would like us to review your artwork before production, please let us know and we will advise of any obvious concerns where possible.
